When they run the torrent file, they connect to “the swarm” and begin the file transfer. BitTorrent can overwhelm and confuse some people, but it’s a very power means of transferring files. Music files, movies, sheet music, software and many other things are available via BitTorrent.
Music is powerful and nearly everyone enjoys it; however, downloading free music comes with legal risks.
