Films by Roberts Nora:
Angels Fall: Based on a 1996 Nora Roberts book, this film follows the story of Reece Gilmore (played by Heather Locklear), who has left her home town after witnessing a mass murder. She settles in a small Wyoming village, but after meeting a mysterious man, her life begins to unravel once again.
Montana Sky: Based on another 1996 novel by Nora Roberts, Montana Sky features three half-sisters brought together in order to fulfill an unusual stipulation in their fathers’ will.
Northern Lights: LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian co-star in this Nora Roberts adaptation (their collaboration in this movie led to a real-life scandal). Following his partner’s death, a detective, Nate Burns, moves to Alaska, where he falls for a pilot named Meg. But when Meg’s father is murdered, Nate realizes that Alaska might not be the refuge he had hoped for.
Midnight Bayou: In this adaptation of the Norah Roberts bestseller, a wealthy lawyer purchases a mansion in New Orleans rumored to be haunted. Jerry O’Connell and Faye Dunaway star in this shocking Norah Roberts movie.
High Noon: Emilie de Ravin and Cybil Shepherd are among the stars of this adaptation of yet another Norah Roberts book. De Ravin plays a hostage negotiator named Phoebe McNamara who must balance her stressful job with taking care of her mother, Essie. Even as she begins to fall in love, she also realizes that she is being targeted by a psychopath.
Tribute: The late Brittany Murphy stars in the Norah Roberts movie as a former child star with hidden family secrets seeking a normal life.
